The municipality of Escaldes-Engordany has received four offers to opt for the administrative concession of the premises intended for a bar-restaurant located in the Prat del Roure sports, social and cultural complex, as communal sources have confirmed to the Andorran News Agency (ANA). The deadline for submitting proposals ended this Friday, September 25, at 3 p.m.
The public tender was called through an edict approved by the Board of Governors of July 27, with the aim of awarding the administrative concession for the private use of the space. From now on, the corporation will have to study the four proposals presented and evaluate them in accordance with the criteria established in the set of legal-administrative and technical clauses governing the competition. The opening of the offers will be done electronically through the common’s Electronic Bidding Platform.
