A five-year agreement has reportedly been signed between President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Formula 1 CEO Stefano Domenicali and FIA President Mohammed Ben Sulayem.
Istanbul hosted F1 races from 2005 to 2011. During the 2020 and 2021 pandemic years, races were also held in Turkey.
