The FBP Triesen has unanimously nominated Clarissa Frommelt as a candidate for the office of community leader. All 25 party members present voted for Frommelt.
She has been politically active since 2015, including seven years on the FBP executive board as chairwoman of the women in the FBP and most recently as chairwoman of the local party in Triesen. She was also a member of the core group “Diversity in Politics” from 2015 to 2025. She is also present in the cultural life of Triesen: She is part of the organizing committee of Pepi’s folk festivals and is a member of the board of trustees of the Pepi Frommelt Foundation.
She studied journalism and communication sciences and, at the same time, completed music studies at the Franz Schubert Conservatory in Vienna. Today she works as Head of Erasmus+ Higher Education at AIBA (Agency for International Educational Affairs).
Three focal points for Triesen
In her speech, Frommelt mentioned three guidelines for her candidacy: sustainable further development of the community location, cooperation based on trust, and clearly understandable decisions for the population.
“I’m running for the office of mayor because I want to put my experience, my willingness to engage in dialogue and my joy in design at the service of our community. Triesen should remain a place where tradition and progress go hand in hand – a livable, family-friendly and economically strong location for all generations.”she said.
