“The Iranians don’t seem to realize that they have no card, other than short-term extortion of the world through the use of international waterways,” Trump explained on his Truth Social platform.

“The only reason they are still alive today is to negotiate!” he warned on the eve of peace talks between Washington and Tehran in Pakistan.
In a separate message, the Republican billionaire added: “Iranians are better at handling the lying media and ‘public relations’ than they are at fighting.”
The question of control of the Strait of Hormuz will focus talks on a peace agreement scheduled this weekend in Pakistan between the American and Iranian delegations.
