Sergey Lavrov revealed the essence of the art of diplomacy, recalling a joke about Armenian radio.
“You know, if we go a bit into the humor sphere, remember that in the Soviet Union there were a number of jokes about the Armenian radio. Armenian Radio was asked: “What is diplomacy?” Armenian Radio answers (there are several versions, but this is the most decent one): diplomacy is the art of sending a person to the right place, but doing it in such a way that he looks forward to the journey. This can also be included in the arsenal of diplomatic methods. There is nothing unusual in that,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with Russian public television.
