“In the face of threats and acts of intimidation by the Conquering Self-Defense Forces of the Sierra Nevada against merchants, transporters and citizens, I ordered to immediately reinforce the military presence and police in Santa Marta. We have already captured three alleged members of this structure in Santa Marta and two in Riohacha. And let’s go for all the others. The instruction to our Public Force is forceful: shield the region, fully regain territorial control and use all the legitimate capabilities of the State against those who persist in criminality, always within the framework of the Constitution and the law,” assured the head of state in your X account this afternoon Tuesday September 22.

The terrorist acts that have been recorded in the last few hours in the capital of Magdalena occur as a consequence of the death of alias Cholo, the second leader of this criminal structure that has become one of the main objectives of the National Government.
