The head of the Legislature explained that Ochoa was summoned to appear on Monday at 9:00 in the morning. If you do not appear, the process will continue as established.

He added that, once the report is completed, it will be presented to the full Congress. “I am going to call a session and we are going to summon Marlon Ochoa, Mario Morazán and all the senior officials denounced again to attend the plenary session.”
Zambrano highlighted that 91 deputies voted in favor of admitting the impeachment process, which, he noted, reflects legislative support for this process.
