[𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭]: Cabinet has approved the reappointment of Afioga Sautiamaivasa Titimaea Tiotio as Chief Executive Officer of the Samoa Housing Corporation [S.H.C.] for a second term, reaffirming its confidence in his leadership and commitment to advancing affordable housing and property services for the people of Samoa.
Sautiamaivasa was first appointed C.E.O. in 2023 after serving as Assistant Chief Executive Officer since 2020. Having joined the Corporation in 1999, he has steadily progressed through the ranks and accumulated more than two decades of experience in the housing sector.
A graduate of the National University of Samoa, Sautiamaivasa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Corporation’s operations and service delivery.
His reappointment reflects the Government’s confidence in his extensive institutional knowledge and dedication to the Corporation’s mandate of improving housing opportunities and living conditions for Samoan families.
The Government congratulates Sautiamaivasa on his reappointment and looks forward to his continued leadership in guiding the Samoa Housing Corporation in the years ahead.
