The said drugs and other materials were discovered and seized during detection operations and security checkpoints in the last eight months.
According to the information of Nimroz anti-narcotics management, three tons of 500 kilograms of various types of drugs, 358 thousand tablets, Zycap, methadone and tramadol pills and 5739 liters of acid were among the seized items.
Maulvi Atiqullah Siddique, the person in charge of the said management, says that 150 people have been arrested in this connection.
The local officials of Nimroz asked the people to refrain from cultivation, production, smuggling and sale of drugs and to cooperate with the security agencies in preventing them.
