🚨5 NEW DRAFT STANDARDS (3 NATIONAL, 2 REGIONAL) FOR PUBLIC COMMENTS🚨
The Dominica Bureau of Standards develops Standards and Codes of Practice through consultations with relevant interest groups. In accordance with the provisions of the Standards Act, public comment is invited on all draft Standards before they are declared as Dominica National Standards (DNS) or Dominica national Code of Practice (DNCP).
In light of this, the draft standards and Code of Practice have been issued for public comment.
The period for Public Comments will run from July 01 to August 31, 2026.
All interested persons wishing to review and comment on the draft standards should visit our website [https://dominicastandards.org/media-centre/draft-standards-for-comment] to access the draft standards and their respective comment forms from June 01 to August 31, 2026.
Please note the following:
The Dominica Bureau of Standards will simultaneously review and adopt the Draft CARICOM Regional Standards as National Standards.
D-DNS CRS 18: 2011 – Specification for Honey and D-DNS 2: Part 9: 202x – Pesticide – Labelling -Requirements have been recommended for compulsory adoption.
