Andorra Tourism i National Geographic have collaborated again to create Andorra al Natural – The legacy of the Romanesquea set of audiovisual pieces that highlight the value of the Romanesque, one of the country’s most unique cultural heritages.
The project proposes a human, historical and artistic journey through different protagonists, such as conservators, historians, a bell ringer and a priest, who show how this legacy lives on in the principality more than eight centuries later.
The production consists of four audiovisual pieces dedicated to art, history, tradition and religion which, together, make up a medium-length film. The goal is to discover the Andorran Romanesque from a contemporary point of view, combining heritage, landscape and personal testimonies.
the general manager ofAndorra Tourism, Betim Budzakuhas emphasized that the collaboration with National Geographic allows the country to be known “in a different way” and to put the focus on the values of Andorra with the brand’s quality standards.
The project has been creatively directed by the explorer of National Geographic Javier Corsoalong with the production team OAK Stories. The restaurateur is among the protagonists Mireia Tarrésthe historian Climent Miróthe bell ringer Robert Lizarte and priest Ramon de Canillo.
Each audiovisual piece is complemented by a specific photo gallery available on the website of National Geographic. From July 7, the broadcast campaign will begin on television, digital platforms, Disney+, YouTubesocial networks of National Geographic and channels ofAndorra Tourismwhich will last until the end of September.
