The Arab League Council elected Algerian Judge Ben Jalloul Samir, President of the Chamber of the Administrative Court of Regional Appeal in Oran and Deputy President of the Court, as a judge in the Administrative Court affiliated with the Arab League for a term that will last three years and begin as of this month.
The representative of Algeria won the position of deputy representative of the Administrative Court of the Arab League, affiliated with the League of Arab States, which was established in 1964 within the bodies of the League’s charter to form a judicial mechanism at the level of the Arab world to resolve disputes between Arab bodies and institutions with the League of Arab States, as well as to decide disputes raised by employees of the League of Arab States regarding their job affairs and employees of bodies affiliated with the League at its headquarters in Cairo and in the annexes of its headquarters in the Arab countries.
The election of the Algerian judge comes within the framework of the formation of the Administrative Court of the Arab League, as it is one of the judicial mechanisms entrusted with adjudicating disputes related to administrative and functional work within the Arab League system and its affiliated bodies.
