Today, Thursday, the Algiers Airport Facilities and Services Management Company explained the truth about a video clip that was circulated on social media platforms, related to waste sorting containers at the Algiers International Airport.
The company confirmed, in a statement, that the clip circulating dates back more than two years, stressing that it does not reflect the current situation at the airport.
The Algiers Airport Facilities and Services Management Company called on users of social media platforms to verify the date and source of content before circulating or republishing it.
It also confirmed that it will take legal measures against anyone who recirculates such content, as part of confronting old information and clips that may be presented as reflecting the current situation at the airport.
