Al-Jubeir meets with the German Minister of Environment, Climate Action, Environmental Protection and Nuclear Safety
His Excellency the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Member of the Cabinet and Envoy for Climate Affairs, Mr. Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir, met in the German capital, Berlin today, with His Excellency the German Federal Minister for the Environment, Climate Action, Nature Protection and Nuclear Safety, Carsten Schneider.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of coordinating efforts between the two countries in the field of climate and environmental preservation, the latest developments in international climate action, and a review of the Kingdom’s priorities and efforts related to climate, environmental preservation, and combating desertification.
The meeting was attended by the Director-General of the Office of the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Member of the Council of Ministers and Envoy for Climate Affairs, Ambassador Khalid bin Musaed Al-Anqari, and the Acting Chargé d’Affairs at the Kingdom’s Embassy in Berlin, Fahd bin Hazal Al-Hathal.
