
Faridun Samim, the spokesman of the governor of Nuristan, told Bakhtar News Agency that these disputes included four murders between the families of Abdul Hameed Al-Sahari and Ziaullah of Chenar Khore village and two murders between the families of Mohammad Ayaz and Mohammad Ghiyas of Kamu village, which were resolved according to the decisions of the Jirgas.
Kamdesh district governor Maulvi Muhammad Tahir Hanafi pointed to the value of peace and understanding and said that peaceful resolution of conflicts between peoples is important for social stability and unity.
At the same time, both sides forgave each other and promised to live in a brotherly, mutual respect and peaceful environment from now on and resolve any problems through dialogue.
It is worth mentioning that in recent years, due to the efforts of tribal leaders and local officials, many long-term hostilities in different provinces of the country have ended peacefully.
