In a newsletter published by the General Directorate of Olympics, Physical Training and Sports, Mustafa Vakili won his first competition due to the absence of his rival, but in the second competition, he won the bronze medal after losing to the athlete of the host country.
According to the information of this department, Afghanistan participated in these international competitions with the participation of two athletes and one coach, and the country’s representatives held competitions in different weight categories.
It is worth noting that the International Jiu-Jitsu Competition hosted by Kazakhstan started on the 11th of this month and ended on the 19th of July.
