Adem Demaçi’s son, Albanian Demaçi, has said that he is ready to become part of politics.
In T7, he said that he is now at an age where he will not sit on the sidelines, but to “think more deeply”.
“I have some ideas, because now I have an age of 61/62, I can’t wait. So now I have the time to think more deeply and not sit aside as an intellectual, but together with other intellectuals, let’s try to give it some new models and unite, and try to refresh this political mosaic of ours, and do something.
Asked about some rumors about an intellectual citizen initiative, where his name is also mentioned, he confirmed that this is true and that it exists as an idea.
“It is true that we have an idea, together with some fellow intellectuals, we will try to establish a civil initiative which will try to have a political platform, it is not a political party, but a political platform and will do political advocacy for the citizen, I will give opinions and orientations which for this time will be important”, he said in T7, reports Gazeta Express.
