Today, Saturday, the Tunisian national team suffered a heavy defeat against its Belgian counterpart in its last friendly test before competing in the 2026 World Cup finals.
Coach Sabri Lamouchi’s cubs gave a lackluster performance in the match hosted by King Baudouin Stadium in the capital, Brussels, where the “Red Devils” managed to score the Tunisian net five times, while wasting many other chances in the absence of any real reaction from the Tunisian team.
This harsh loss raises the fears of the Tunisian fans, just nine days before the “Eagles of Carthage” play the first match in the World Cup against the Swedish team, knowing that the sixth group also includes the teams of Japan and the Netherlands.
