The press office of Balkh province said in a press release that Sarpul Governor Mullah Ahmad Shah Dindoost, Jawzjan Governor Qari Muhammad Ismail Rasakh, Samangan Governor Mullah Muhammad Shoaib Risalat, Faryab Governor Mullah Muhammad Hanif Hamza, Deputy of 209 Fatah Corps, North Zone Military Court Chief Alhaj Mufti Hafeezullah Mohammadi, police commanders, intelligence chiefs and related security and civilian officials participated in this meeting.
The governor of Balkh emphasized the importance of more coordination, joint cooperation and more effective management of security and administrative affairs between the provinces.
In the meeting, also on how to implement the order of His Highness Amirul Momineen (959) (Article 12), the security situation of the North-West Zone, border coordination between provinces, prevention of poppy and other drugs cultivation and smuggling, highway security, coordination between intelligence, police commanders and corps, religious and administrative evaluations, transparency of the activities of institutions and a number of other important topics. Side discussions were held.
The participants of the meeting emphasized that in order to implement the mentioned topics, more extensive, regular and serious measures should be taken at the provincial level, so that effective steps can be taken for the implementation of the decrees of the Islamic system, timely access to the problems of the people, strengthening of security and better coordination of administrative and service affairs.
