With 46 parliamentarians marked and after a delay of 45 minutes, the Congress of the Republic began the 23rd additional ordinary session of the X Legislature.

The plenary session of the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala began after a 45-minute delay, with the presence of 46 deputies registered on the electronic board, according to legislative control.

The day corresponds to the 23rd additional ordinary session of the X Legislature, in which parliamentarians address issues on the legislative agenda in the parliamentary chamber.
