“If the prosecutor Emiliano Rolón reports that it was Rivas who threatened, a loss of investiturebut we must analyze that in the bench, I cannot do futurology” said Senator Galaverna.

For his part, the senator Óscar “Cachito” Salomón (ANR-HC) stated that the prosecutor Sánchez She is obliged to file a complaint and that if it is proven that it was Senator Rivas who threatened her, she will lose her investiture.

“She is obliged to file a complaintand if it is verified, of course loss of investiture corresponds. There is a lot of evidence that Rivas is not a lawyer and not only that, it is confirmed that the career itself did not have the qualification, that is worse,” said Salomón.

At another time the Chartist legislator stated that it corresponds also continue investigating on the legitimacy of the title.

“I believe that we should also continue the investigation. With the evidence that we have today, I believe that he is not a lawyer. He is obliged to make a clarification in front of the plenary session. He used a career to be a judge of judges, he particularly deceived me,” said Salomón.

For his part, the senator Colym Soroka (ANR – independent) stated that everything indicates that Hernán Rivas is not a lawyer, although he said that he will wait for the presence of the ten classmates and some teachers which the Chartist promised to bring in the Senate.

“Everything points to who is not a lawyer. I say this with great transparency, not with motivation. It is not hitting the fallen. This must be corrected. He promised to bring at least ten classmates and a few teachers“Soroka said.

The legislator stated that if it is proven that he threatened the prosecutor, the loss of investiture.
