    The Secretary of State for the Integration of People with Disabilities, Genard Joseph, held a working meeting this Tuesday, April 14, 2026 with representatives of the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH), the National Council of Cooperatives (CNC) and the Office of Human Resources Management (OMRH).
