The Azeta Group presents its new employment portal, a tool that seeks to centralize job vacancies from the holding company, from allied companies and from across the country. We tell you everything in this note.
With the aim of energizing the Paraguayan labor market and facilitating access to new opportunities, the Azeta Group announced the launch of ABC Jobs. It is a digital platform designed to connect job seekers in a simple, secure and accessible way with the vacancies available in the organizations with the largest employing force in the country.
What is ABC Jobs?
It is a job portal that centralizes job searches. In its initial stage, the platform will focus on vacancies in the various companies that make up the Azeta Group. However, the project contemplates a progressive expansion: first, supplier and allied companies will join, and then open the space to all companies in Paraguay that wish to publish their searches.
The objectives of the initiative
The Azeta Group seeks to strengthen its role as a key actor in the economic and social development of the country. Among the main purposes of the platform are:
- Accessibility: make it easier for anyone interested in entering or evolving in the labor market to find options in one place.
- National development: provide modern tools to reduce the gap between human talent and corporate needs.

Innovation for Human Resources and collaborators
For People Management teams, ABC Jobs It will become the main recruitment channel, optimizing processes and allowing a greater reach of calls.
For their part, the current collaborators of each company will also benefit, since the platform will promote internal mobility and professional growth within the different business units. Additionally, workers will be able to act as ambassadors, sharing searches with their networks to help opportunities reach more people.
Launch and Fair ABC Jobs
ABC Jobs is now enabled for company registration and for the application of interested parties. And to give greater scope to its scope, the ABC Jobs Fair, scheduled for May 9 at the Mariscal Convention Center. This event will be open to the public and will serve as a meeting space where companies will present their vacancies and those interested will be able to learn first-hand about the functionalities of the new portal.
