A subject who apparently wounded with a knife still child four-year-old, on the streets of the Álvaro Obregón mayor’s officewas rescued and detained by capital police after he was beaten and held by neighbors.
The capital’s Citizen Security Secretariat reported (SSC) that officers went to the intersection of Vasco de Quiroga and Gómez Farías streets, in the Santa Fe neighborhoodwhere they found the injured minor and a subject who was tied up to a post with several injuries and blows.
The residents told the uniformed officers that the man held there was attacked the boy with a knifecausing several wounds in the head, so the alleged aggressor was arrested.
