PARAMARIBO — The police are looking for 41-year-old Pearl Percy Morgenstond, alias “Morgu” or “Kabouter”, who is suspected of involvement in several serious criminal offenses. These include participation in a criminal organization, hostage taking, theft with violence, extortion, forgery and violation of the Firearms Act.
The suspect was born on January 22, 1985 in Paramaribo and is registered at addresses on Devisweg in Paramaribo and Kronenburgweg in the Wanica district. According to the description, it concerns a man of Creole descent with a brown skin color, a portly build and frizzy black hair.
The police request anyone who has information about the whereabouts of the suspect to contact the Central Suriname Region Criminal Investigation Department (RRMS) via telephone number 582050, the Command Center via 115 or the nearest police post.
