Police have confirmed that one man was taken into custody in connection with a massive fire on Great Marlborough Street and Upper Lane in Roseau, which destroyed 9 buildings this week.
According to previous reports from Deputy Fire Chief Matthew Prosper, the office of Attorney Joshua Francis, the French Connection Building, and the Family Restaurant, among other buildings, were damaged.
He described the situation as a major loss for the community.
Investigation into the fire is ongoing.
