Li Pengpeng, a representative of China Newspaper Industry, said that by focusing on six core scenarios for overseas tourists — travel, dining, accommodation, cultural experiences, shopping, and scenic spots — the event aims to upgrade full-chain heartwarming services for inbound tourism and build an integrated service and communication system connecting domestic and international markets.
“We will rally support from all sectors and build an integrated, all-media communication matrix to showcase Xi’an’s historical heritage, cultural charm, thoughtful services, and vibrant consumer scene to global audiences, attracting more international friends to come and fall in love with Xi’an,” Li said.
The airport serves as the first gateway for overseas tourists arriving in Xi’an. A representative from Xi’an Xianyang International Airport highlighted its comprehensive upgrades to customs clearance facilitation and bilingual guidance services, aiming to provide every traveler with an efficient, seamless, and welcoming journey.

Fang Haoming, a Silk Road friendship ambassador from Iraq, took the stage as a representative of the international guests. He spoke highly of the city with sincere admiration, “Xi’an is a city you never want to leave once you come! I’m grateful that Xi’an goes to great lengths to offer support to us.”
