Notice is hereby given that the Ninety-seventh Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Grenada Building & Loan Association will be held virtually on Zoom as well as at the Presbyterian Church, Grand Etang Road, St George’s, on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, commencing at 4:30 pm.

- To confirm the Minutes of the 96th Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 2 April 2025
- To receive and consider the annual statement of accounts for the year ended December 31, 2025, and the report of the Directors
- To elect in accordance with Rule 18 (a) of the Association, Directors in place of those retiring by rotation as per Rule 8
- To elect a President and Vice-President
- To elect an auditor or auditors and authorise the Directors to fix their remuneration
- To consider competent matters of interest to the Association

- NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of Rule (18) of the Association, Mr John Miller and Mr Adrian Francis are the directors retiring by rotation and, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election
