THE body of a Palo Seco man, whom police suspect was electrocuted by electrical lines on a utility pole, was found on the roadway near his community Friday morning.
Police said Zion Boland, 27, of Wharton Trace, was found shortly after 7 a.m. with burn marks on his hands, lying motionless in a grassy area near Oil Well #36 on Los Charros Road.
