Lieutenant General His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Chief of the National Guard, confirmed that the National Guard, with all its members, is proceeding with determination and steadfastness to implement the royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country and the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, in defending the security, sovereignty and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and standing united behind the banner of His Majesty in everything that preserves the nation and safeguards its gains.

Gulf News | Shura Speaker: The King’s speech translates a firm national approach to preserving sovereignty, deepening the meanings of national loyalty and popular solidarity against every traitor and accomplice with Bahrain’s enemies.

His Highness stressed that the sincere national anger expressed by His Majesty the King towards the sinful Iranian aggression and attempts to undermine the security of the Kingdom of Bahrain represents the position of the state, the people and the forces protecting this nation, stressing that Bahrain will remain disobedient to anyone who tries to undermine its unity, stability or sovereignty, and that loyalty to the nation is not a slogan that is raised, but rather a firm pledge that is translated into action, sacrifice and discipline. His Highness said: The National Guard, in implementation of the directives of His Majesty The Great King, in fulfillment of his sacred oath before God, the nation, and the leadership, will remain on alert, in support of the valiant armed forces, and an impenetrable shield in protecting the security of the Kingdom, stressing that the nation is above all considerations, and that Bahrain is a trust in the hands of its loyal sons, and that there is no place among the ranks of its people for anyone who neglects this trust or places his loyalty outside the borders of the nation.

His Highness the Chief of the National Guard concluded his statement by praying that God would protect the Kingdom of Bahrain and grant it security and stability under the wise leadership of His Majesty the King and the support of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
