It was reported that the Shirin city prosecutor submitted a motion to the court to apply a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment against NX, who is accused of committing the crime provided for in clauses “a, v, j” of Article 97 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code.
The petition of the prosecutor was considered by the JIB Shirin city court with the submitted documents. According to the decision of the court on April 30, 2026, a precautionary measure in the form of imprisonment was applied to NX and the woman was placed in an investigative detention center.
Earlier, it was reported that a woman in an unofficial marriage stabbed her husband’s legal wife and her two daughters in Syrdarya was done. As a result, the mother and her 5-year-old daughter died. A 3-year-old girl remains in a critical condition in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
