Ireland extended their strong run of form at the 57th French Olympic Sailing Week in Hyères on Thursday, with Olympians Robert Dickson and Seán Waddilove producing another composed display as the regatta entered its closing stages.
Day four of the Sailing Grand Slam delivered classic ‘champagne sailing’ conditions on the Côte d’Azur, with more stable winds replacing earlier volatility. However, large rolling seas continued to test sailors’ control and decision-making throughout.
