“On the whole, we already have a fairly positive view of the initial version of the multi-year budget, it already provides significantly more funds for defense and security than in the previous perspective. The fact that thinking has changed – yes, but is it sufficient? No,” the minister told reporters at a conference on the security of the EU’s eastern border in Vilnius on Friday.
