The Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed that the royal speech embodies the highest meanings of responsible citizenship, in standing united behind the wise leadership of His Majesty the King, and came in solidarity with the valiant armed forces in defending Bahrain’s security, consolidating the rule of law and the integrity of institutions, and ensuring that the legislative authority fulfills its national responsibilities in protecting national unity, preserving the nation’s interests, and confronting any threats to its sovereignty or stability.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs noted the affirmation of His Majesty the King that citizenship goes beyond being merely an official nationality document, but rather it is a covenant, a covenant, and a grave national responsibility. This requires loyalty and fidelity to the homeland and its leadership, adherence to the provisions of the constitution and the law, respect for state institutions, and the rejection of everything that might harm the security of the homeland, or conspire against it, or engage in actions that threaten its safety and stability. He praised His Majesty’s affirmation that “freedom does not mean chaos, nor does it violate constants, nor does it mean, under any circumstances, betrayal.” Homeland.

The Minister stressed that the procedures for withdrawing and dropping citizenship represent a popular and national demand that is consistent with the Constitution, the law, and international charters and agreements, in cases of high treason, harming the interests of the state, committing acts that contradict the duty of loyalty to the state, engaging in terrorist acts, or espionage and cooperation with a hostile state, stressing that these procedures aim to protect society and human rights to security and life, and to preserve the spirit of national unity. The Minister of Foreign Affairs renewed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the sinful and unjustified Iranian attacks targeting its sovereignty, security and stability, including the irresponsible statements issued recently by the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which constitute a threat to regional security and stability and unacceptable interference in the internal affairs of the Kingdom and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

He added that these Iranian practices represent a blatant violation of the rules of good neighborliness, the principles of international law and the United Nations Charter, calling on Iran to adhere to regional and international conventions and Security Council Resolution No. (2817), by respecting the sovereignty of states, desisting from its aggressive and inflammatory policy, stopping support for militias and terrorist groups that undermine security and stability in the region, and ensuring the freedom and safety of international navigation in accordance with the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, through the complete, permanent and safe opening of the Strait. Hormuz, without restrictions or illegal tariffs, as a fundamental pillar of energy and food security and the stability of global supply chains.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs also addressed a greeting of pride and pride to the protectors of the nation, members of the Bahrain Defense Force and all security services, praising the great appreciation that His Majesty the King and the people of Bahrain give to their vigilance and high efficiency in protecting the nation’s security, stability, and sovereignty. He stressed that national responsibility requires the people’s representatives in the Shura and Representatives Councils to perform their constitutional duties in a way that enhances national unity and puts the nation’s supreme interest first, as it is a national trust that cannot be compromised or tolerated. With it, the homeland is above everyone else, and Bahrain is a trust in the hands of all of us.

Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain, thanks to the wisdom of His Majesty the King, the support and directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the efforts of its valiant defense and security forces, the awareness of its people and their adherence to the values of good citizenship, and the spirit of one team “Team Bahrain”, will remain an oasis of security, stability and peaceful coexistence, and an impenetrable bulwark in the face of all who seek to undermine its security and stability, praying to God Almighty. May God protect the Kingdom, its leadership and its people, and perpetuate the blessing of security, progress and prosperity.
