Deputies of the Parliament about the “conspiracy”, accusations and consequences for the country. Survey

Bishkek (AKIpress) – On the evening of April 29, it became known that the former deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers – head of the State Committee for National Security Kamchybek Tashiev Ministry of Internal Affairs brought charges under articles 326 (“Forcible seizure of power”) and 337 (“Abuse of official position”) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It all started with “letter 75.” You can read more about it Here.

In this regard, a survey was conducted among deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.

    Questions:

    1. Was there really a conspiracy being prepared in the residential complex?

    2. In your opinion, will the same accusation be made against the former Speaker of Parliament? Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu and the head of the constitutional committee of the Parliament Kurmankula Zulusheva?

    3. What will happen to Tashiev?

    4. Will this affect the socio-political situation in the country?

Head of the Eldik parliamentary group Akylbek Tumonbaev (District No. 27):

    Akylbek Tumonbaev

    Akylbek Tumonbaev

    1. There is no smoke without fire. Now that the people see and observe all this, if we say that we did not hear or see, it means that we are deaf and blind.

    2. When the letter from 75 elders arrived, at that moment the speaker and I flew to Turkey – on the same day. Then, when we returned, we learned that this issue had been submitted to the committee. I hear about this too. Who will say what is unknown. As a result, 75 elders sent an appeal to the committee stating that the president was allegedly illegally in power. This statement does not stand up to criticism; signatures were simply collected. We live in a rule of law state. Everyone knows that the Jogorku Kenesh adopted a law according to which presidential elections will be held in January 2027. Everything is open. Honestly, this is pure collusion on their part.

    3. An investigation is underway, the court will decide.

    4. I don’t know how it will be.

Chairman of the JK Committee on Agrarian Policy Kubanychbek Samakov (District No. 30member of the deputy group “Ishenim”):

    Kubanychbek Samakov

    Kubanychbek Samakov

    1. You can believe in a lot. You need to believe and act within the law and facts. Currently, active investigative measures are being carried out. A very wide range of people are being questioned as part of this “letter of 75 people.” Upon completion of these investigative actions, all questions of interest will be clarified to the people.

Of course, there were rumors among the people that various persons could participate in the presidential race. But specifically – whether there was a conspiracy, whether any measures were being prepared – no one will openly and clearly say after the fact. Everything is at the level of rumors.

    2. Most likely, most likely, charges will be brought in the framework of the same criminal case. If, as usual, they do not cooperate with the investigation or are already cooperating with the investigation, this will become clear upon completion of the investigative measures.

    3. Everything will be within the law. I hope. Because at one time he also referred to the law, his actions to a certain extent were within the framework of the law, and a legal, lawful decision will also be applied to him.

    4. How should it affect? If, as today, he was charged, and the investigative authorities prove that this was so, or, on the contrary, they cannot prove it and Tashiev turns out to be right, this will not affect the decision of the people in any way.

Chairman of the Jogorku Kenesh Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues Suyunbek Omurzakov (District No. 10member of the deputy group “Ishenim”):

    Suyunbek Omurzakov

    Suyunbek Omurzakov

    1. Investigative actions are currently underway on this issue. Yesterday our respected president said: everything will be determined by the investigation, and the final point will be made by the court. Now, while investigative actions are ongoing, we should not give various comments and create obstacles for them, because there is no need to agitate the public. All this will be determined by the investigation. A number of witnesses are now being interviewed and they are coming.

Yesterday we also heard that Kamchybek Tashiev was charged under two articles – 326 and 337. This is a violent seizure of power and abuse of official position. The investigation will sum up its results and the court will make a decision.

    2. When investigative actions are underway, each, for example, summoned person, depending on his actions, is assigned an article and charged. This is decided by the investigation. The investigation determines which article corresponds to their actions.

    3. The court will make the decision. A case has been opened, charges have been filed, and the investigation continues. The court will make a decision.

    4. There will be no influence. The spring holidays begin, everyone will mind their own business.

Yrysbek Atazhanov (District No. 2member of the deputy group “Yntymak Mekenchil”):

    Yrysbek Atazhanov

    Yrysbek Atazhanov

I cannot comment on this issue.

Deputy Speaker of the Parliament Bolot Ibragimov (District No. 22member of the deputy group “Yntymak Mekenchil”):

    Bolot Ibragimov

    Bolot Ibragimov

    1. I have no information about this. We already found out after the fact. I don’t even know that something supposedly happened here. Nobody told me anything. Apparently something was going on with someone. Nobody told me anything personally.

    2. I don’t even know, I haven’t studied the investigation. It’s secret now. So it’s hard to say.

    3. The investigation will show, the court will show. Perhaps they will be convicted, perhaps they will be acquitted. I think time will tell.

    4. I think not.

Deputy head of the deputy group “Ishenim” Ismanali Zhoroev (District No. 1):

    Ismanali Zhoroev

    Ismanali Zhoroev

    1. I was not a member of any such groups. I am a member of the “Ishenim” faction, previously I was in the “Adilet Kyrgyzstan” faction. Whether there is a conspiracy or not will be assessed by law enforcement agencies. If they check, no matter what, I am a citizen just like you. We obey the law, the law is the same for everyone. I don’t know about any division. For example, we work by factions. I didn’t notice this. If there was something, only law enforcement agencies will give an assessment. If I say something now, it will be wrong.

    2. If there is guilt, every citizen must answer. If there is no guilt, they won’t prosecute, right?

    3. I’m not clairvoyant, time will tell.

    4. I don’t know. Everything goes quietly and peacefully. If something like this was planned, it’s good that it didn’t happen. I support the president’s policies and carry out the same activities.

Deputy Bolot Sagynaev (District No. 28member of the Eldik parliamentary group):

    Bolot Sagynaev

    Bolot Sagynaev

    1. When they talk about a conspiracy in the Jogorku Kenesh, no one came to us. Neither our colleagues, nor the then speaker, nor their deputies made any proposals. No one told us that there was a conspiracy going on or asked us to choose a side – to be on the team of the president or the general. We have not received any such proposals.

As for the accusations against Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich, I cannot comment. This is under investigation. The decision must be made by the court. After the court’s decision, it will be possible to say something. Until then, I cannot comment.

    2. Until the investigation is completed, how can we intervene? I have no information, I have not heard.

    3. I can’t say.

    4. No, I think this will not affect the socio-political situation. Because today the policies pursued by the president are supported by the people. The President said that 7 million friends are important to him, not just one friend. All of them support the president’s policies, as well as the Jogorku Kenesh. I don’t think it will have any effect.
