A few days ago Ivan Markovićthe mayors of Supetar, and 13 members of the City Council received a letter in which “a group of concerned parents and friends of the place” addresses the public and lists the names of 16 people who they believe are involved in the sale of drugs on the island. – Brač does not sleep, the spirits have stirred, and the police are on their toes. After the letter that reached the city councilors and the mayor of Supetar, Ivana Marković, in which it was stated that 16 people from Brač were dealing drugs and laundering money in various businesses, people started to look the other way. In the letter, not only the identity of the alleged dealers, but also their families, was revealed, so blood is about to be spilled.
The city administration, as it should, forwarded everything to the police, and the police launched an investigation. However, what if one of those 16 named is not a dealer, what if he is innocent? He suffered terrible reputational damage. In the Internet world, confidential information was leaked in a millisecond and divided the whole island. The police should act quickly, the court should say its opinion, whether it is really about dealers who made the marriage’s youth miserable and got rich on other people’s misfortune – he concludes.
