What should be revealed in this treatment is that the passivation of addresses through the systematic state exercise of an ethnic cleansing-discrimination, where voters with the right to vote have been removed from the voter registers.

As a consequence of the removal, erasure of addresses called passivization, administrative, demographic and political effects have been produced which are extremely harmful and discriminatory towards ethnic Albanians and autochthonous in Serbia.

And in the parliamentary elections in Serbia held on October 25, there were directly that at least two MPs did not manage to get votes, as all the non-passivated Albanians were removed from the voter registers.

Through the passivation of addresses, there are systematic administrative actions and the removal of the right to vote, thus alienating the demographic and electoral structure in the Province of Preševo, Medveđa, and Bujanovac.

It is thought that every Albanian, as a citizen of Serbia, belongs to the Albanian nationality from the Municipality of Presheva, Medveja and Bujanoc Commune, is passivated. Or, expressed in numbers, over 28 thousand Albanian citizens remain passive from their addresses.

Passivization has directly contributed to the demographic, political and institutional weakening of Albanians, deprived them of the opportunity to participate in public and political life, and aims to reduce the influence of ethnic and autochthonous Albanians in Serbia.
