The officials of this institution added that the Department of Public Libraries is fully cooperating in the construction of public libraries and it is under consideration to build a new standard building for the public library in Chahar Asiyab district of Kabul.
At the same time, Minister of Culture and Arts, Sheikh Abdul Rahman Tayibi, said that the development of the country and increasing the scientific capacity of the people is our and your joint responsibility. In this regard, the priorities should be understood and the provision of scientific services should be made in those places where there is a great need, and the Ministry of Information and Culture is committed to full cooperation in this regard.
Sheikh Tayyibi added that now more than ever, the country’s development and development has been provided, so all institutions and organizations should work more in this area and spend their financial and human resources in the basic reconstruction of the country.
