SAN MARINO – The drivers Guido Guerrini and Artur Prusak, world champions of the Bridgestone FIA Ecorally Cup 2025, received the Honor of Sant’Agata during a ceremony held at the Secretariat of State for Tourism. The Secretaries of State Federico Pedini Amati for Tourism and Rossano Fabbri for Sport awarded the recognition.
The honor rewards the results obtained by the crew, competing under a FAMS license, in the international competition dedicated to motor racing powered by alternative energy. The 2025 season ended with the conquest of the world title, thanks to six victories in the thirteen races held.
During the ceremony, the historic value of the result was underlined: the crew was the first in the history of the FIA Ecorally Cup to win the world title both in the role of driver and co-driver.
For Federico Pedini Amati, the recognition represents a tribute to the contribution of the two athletes to the international visibility of the Republic. The Secretary of State highlighted how sporting success also tells a story of commitment, innovation and attention to the future, in a discipline that combines sport, technology and sustainability.
Rossano Fabbri also expressed satisfaction with the goal achieved, defining it as a source of pride for the San Marino community. The Secretary of State for Sport recalled the talent, preparation, sacrifice and teamwork that allowed the two drivers to reach the top of international competition.
The Sant’Agata Honor thus represents institutional recognition for a result that has brought San Marino to the top of international motoring dedicated to alternative energies, contributing to the promotion of the country’s image.
