The National People’s Assembly will resume its work on Monday, September 28, at two o’clock in the afternoon, in a plenary session to present and discuss a draft law amending and completing Order No. 66-156, which includes the Penal Code.
According to what the Council reported in a statement, the session’s agenda includes listening to a presentation on the draft law, followed by the intervention of the heads of parliamentary groups, after which the government representative responds to the questions raised in the discussion.
The Council will continue its work on Thursday, October 1st, in a plenary session held at nine in the morning, devoted to presenting a draft law that includes approval of Order No. 26-01, which includes the Military Justice Code, and then voting on it and on the draft law amending and supplementing Order No. 66-156, which includes the Penal Code, according to the same source.
