The Bogotá real estate market is waiting for the launch of a desirable penthouse located in the north of Bogotá and linked to one of the judicial scandals revealed by the Investigative Unit of EL TIEMPO linked to Ecopetrol.
“The most exclusive penthouse in Museo Chicó has just come on the market for rent. A property that is difficult to repeat in Bogotá,” reads the notice that circulates with a video of the luxurious property whose dining room on the terrace shows the same iguana with which Ricardo Roa has posed in several photos.

The doubt that the notice has raised in some sectors is whether Roa plans to leave the country and If it is allowed, since a process for influence peddling linked to apartment 901 is being carried out against them, for which they are asking for 40 million pesos in rent per month.

In fact, the Investigative Unit revealed that former police officer Juan Guillermo Mancera made payments of 1.8 billion pesos for the apartment. It was later learned that a company linked to him -Gaxi SA SP- managed to sign a confidential agreement with Hocol to seal a million-dollar deal.

Added to that is that the next On October 30, he has a hearing to formulate an accusation for violating the limits of the Petro Presidente 2022-2026 campaign, of which he was his manager.

Added to this are recent revelations from the Investigative Unit of EL TIEMPO according to which his partner, Julián Caicedo, appears mentioned in audios where business is discussed at the state company, allegations that Roa has denied.

In dialogue with the Investigative Unit of EL TIEMPO, Juan David León, Roa’s representative, assured that Just as he has been doing and as is his disposition, Roa will continue to respond to the authorities and that the fact that the apartment is rented (and not sold) is a personal decision.

When asked if the real estate was still seized by the Ibagué SADI Air Society (SAS) said that he was not advancing this process, but explained that in any case if this limitation existed, there would only be a restriction on selling it (putting it up for sale).
SADI SAS is the same company that provided flight services to the Petro Presidente 2022-2026 campaign, linked to Carlos Restrepo Osorio, known as ‘Caco’ or the ‘narcopilot’.
