The Jamaica Kingsmen lost the Caribbean Premier League final by 8 wickets to the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons on Sunday night at Kensington Oval in Barbados.
Sent to bat, the Kingsmen posted 170 for nine, thanks to opener Maaz Sadaqat who scored 114 off 58 balls comprising 8 fours and 9 sixes.
Saim Ayub, with 29 off 22 balls, was the only other Kingsmen batter to make a significant contribution, and five batters, including captain Rovman Powell, Kirk McKenzie and Romaine Morris, were out without scoring.
Sufiyan Muqeem, who took four for 14 for the Falcons, was named Man-Of-The-Match.
Chasing 171, the Falcons reached 173 for two in 16.4 overs, with 20 balls to spare.
Amir Jangoo top scored with an unbeaten on 57 off 34 balls.
Hasan Nawaz added 47 not out off 35 balls.
