The opening ceremony of this hospital was attended by Baghlan Deputy Governor Alhaji Maulvi Muhammad Nabi Hamas, Head of Information and Culture Maulvi Asadullah Mustafa Hashemi, Head of Public Health Maulvi Muhammad Hassan Asim and some other officials.
The Deputy Governor of Baghlan, Alhaji Maulvi Mohammad Nabi Hamas, called the operation of this hospital an important step in the development of health services in the province and emphasized on providing standard health services for the people.
Dr. Khair Mohammad Sarwari, the founder of this hospital, told Bakhtar Agency that “Saruri” hospital was built to provide standard health services to the residents of Baghlan and the departments of surgery, laboratory, gynecology and obstetrics, internal medicine, dentistry, ultrasound and CT scan have been activated in it.
According to him, with the provision of these health services, the patients of Baghlan will avoid traveling to Balkh and Kunduz provinces for many examinations and treatments.
He added that this hospital is operating according to health principles and standards and efforts are being made to provide necessary health services to patients in this center.
