Waseem Rashidi, engineer in charge of the engineering department of the Rural, Reconstruction and Development Department of the said province, told Bakhtar Agency that this project is being implemented by the Ministry of Rural, Reconstruction and Development, which will save dozens of acres of agricultural land and residential houses from the danger of floods.
He added that this retaining wall has a length of 804 meters and a height of 4.5 meters, which provides employment to dozens of people.
At the same time, the residents of the area express their happiness over the implementation of the said projects and request the implementation of other similar projects from the government.
