The governor of Cundinamarca, Jorge Emilio Rey, revealed this Thursday, September 10, in a statement that the bodies were found around 8:40 at night, when the vehicle was parked on the corridor that connects Bogotá with Villavicencio, near the municipality of Chipaque, right in the kilometer 17+400.
