Minister of Sports and Creative Industries Dwayne George welcomed Zaine Frederick home Tuesday morning following her historic victory at the Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant in Nevis.
Frederick was crowned Miss Caribbean Culture Queen 2026 on Monday evening after earning 1,425 points. She also captured the Best Talent and Best Evening Gown awards.
Her victory makes her the first representative from Antigua and Barbuda to win the regional title in the pageant’s 20-year history.
Tresjeur Dedier of St. Kitts placed first runner-up with 1,409 points, while Guyana’s Miriam Alexander finished second runner-up with 1,396 points.
