Prime Minister Edi Rama, in the context of his successive responses and in a state of panic after the Albanian-wide protests demanding his removal, has shared on Facebook a poem by Dritëro Agolli, “My opponents”.
A work that deals with the confrontation with criticism and opposition, accompanying it with the words: “GOOD MORNING and with this beautiful current poem of Dritëroi, I wish you a good week.”, writes Rama attached to the published photo.
The Prime Minister seems to be copying the style of former Foreign Minister Elisa Sipropali in communicating with Albanians through poetry. The first was Spiropali who, in a post dated June 23, published Anna Ahmatova’s verses, as a message of reaction to the attacks that were being directed at her, after the publicly expressed attitudes against Edi Rama.
