In the latest issue of the Official Gazette (Issue 47), a joint ministerial decision was issued approving significant increases in state assistance to beneficiaries of rental housing in 2013, on an exceptional basis.
It includes decision The Joint Ministerial Council, dated May 26, 2026, amended the elements of calculating the cost of construction and the price of the house intended for sale for rent, the subject of the request registered in the year 2013.
The percentage of the state bearing the cost of road works and various third-class networks was raised to 100 percent, instead of 72 percent.
The aforementioned housing will also benefit from state assistance estimated at 10,000 DZD for the cost of one square meter, instead of 5,000 DZD. According to an agreement between the Ministries of Finance, Housing and Urbanism, and the City and Urban Planning.
On the basis of the above, the beneficiary is invited to pay 25 percent of the remaining housing price, after deducting the subsidies granted by the state, provided that the difference is paid within a period not exceeding 25 years.
