    Emomali Rahmon made personnel changes: who did they affect?


    President Emomali Rahmon held a meeting today, April 23, with personnel appointed to responsible and leadership positions in the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security, the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy, as well as the Committee on Television and Radio under the government.

    At the beginning of the conversation, the head of state gave a comprehensive assessment of the activities of security forces, including units of the Ministry of Defense and the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security.

    He emphasized that in a complex and unstable global environment, the priorities for leaders should be ensuring security and stability, constant vigilance and readiness to protect state borders.

    The need to increase the level of combat readiness and equip units with modern equipment and communications equipment was also noted.

    During the meeting, special attention was paid to the issues of eliminating the reasons that interfere with effective service in military units, preventing crime among military personnel, patriotic education of recruits, studying modern military equipment and foreign languages, strengthening physical training, as well as full-fledged logistics of units.

    According to presidential press servicein the structures of the Ministry of Defense and the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security, personnel changes were also carried out: qualified and experienced officers were appointed to the positions of military commissars in a number of cities and regions of the country, as well as to leadership positions of individual detachments and units of the Border Troops.

    Yes, today Junaidullo Hamro Khabibullo was appointed Deputy Commander of the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan for Logistics.

    In addition, by presidential decrees, the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Kuwait and concurrently to the Sultanate of Oman was relieved Zubaidullo Zubaidzoda: From now on he will head the diplomatic mission only in Oman.

    Ali Sharifa well-known Tajik commentator, was appointed the new head of the Varzish TV channel, where he had worked until now as the first deputy head of the TV channel.     Sadi Ismatzoda was today relieved of his post as director of the State Institution “Academy of Mass Media of Tajikistan” due to a transfer to another job. His place was taken Khaknazar Karimzoda.

    Dilafruz Rustamzoda from the post of Deputy Chairman of the Committee on TV and Radio in connection with the transition to another job.

    Nozim Mahmadizoda from the position of director of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Law named after A. Bakhovaddinov of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan in connection with the reorganization of the Institute.

    Tabassum Azizzoda from the post of Deputy Head of the Service for State Supervision of Safe Work in Industry and Mining Supervision in connection with a transition to another job.

    Lutfiya Abdulkholikzoda from the post of Deputy Minister of Education and Science.

    Jumakhon Fayzalizoda from the post of director of the National Library due to retirement: Abdulkholikzoda was appointed in his place.

    Government resolutions today appoint:

    • Khurshed Bobozoda – First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy
    • Barno Sohibzoda – Deputy Chairman of the Committee on TV and Radio.
    • Parvona Mirzozoda – Director of the State Institution “Institute of State and Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.”
    • Nozim Mahmadizoda – Director of the State Institution “Institute of Philosophy and Political Science named after A. Bakhovaddinov of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.”
    • Olimsho Aslonzoda – Deputy Head of the Service for State Supervision of Safe Work in Industry and Mining Supervision.
    • Also, by order of the head of state, Sobir Tashrifzoda was appointed director of the National Stadium.
