Corruption and mafias, absent topics
The senator also criticized that the president had not mentioned during his message the cases of corruption or the influence of criminal organizations within the State.
“Nothing was said about the great corruption that weighs on this Government. There was no talk about the mafias that are embedded. Absolutely no talk was made of that everyday thing that causes this country to continue to have enormous inequality and a lack of services that impact people’s lives,” he said.
For the legislator, the growth of some economic sectors does not represent a real benefit for the majority of the population, which continues to face difficulties in accessing essential services.

“New hospitals, but without medicines”

“Investments are important, because there is the business, there is the percentage, but They are white elephants“, he concluded, in one of the most severe criticisms of the management report presented by President Santiago Peña.
